CERTIFICATION BODIES

Certification Bodies are licensed by CSQ to conduct CSQ audits and issue the CSQ certificate. All CSQ licensed Certification Bodies are required to be accredited to the international standard ISO/IEC 17065 and be subject to annual assessments of their certification activities by CSQ licensed Accreditation Bodies.

A Certification Body (CB) wishing to become accredited to the CSQ scheme must first fill out the Certification Body Application and submit to Info@CSQCertification.com for provisional approval. Upon provisional approval of a CB’s application, the CB will need to sign the licensing agreement and pay the initial licensing fee. Additionally, CBs will have twelve (12) months from their provisional approval date to become accredited to ISO/IEC 17065 by an approved Accreditation Body.
