All Accreditation Bodies (AB) that wish to accredit CSQ licensed Certification Bodies to ISO/IEC 17065 shall be members of the International Accreditation Forum (IAF) and signatories to the Multilateral Recognition Arrangement (MLA) for product certification with CSQ.

Accreditation Bodies wishing to accredit Certification Bodies to ISO/IEC 17065 must fill out the Accreditation Body Application and submit to Info@CSQCertification.com for approval.
